Employer donation Matching

Did you know your employer may match your donation to the Talley PTO? Corporate or employer matching is an easy way to double your support for our school at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Matching Gift

1. Check your company’s matching-gift guidelines.
   Search your employee handbook, company intranet, or corporate giving portal. Many employers use platforms such as Benevity or YourCause to manage matching gifts.

2. Search for the Talley PTO.
   Our full legal name is Talley Street Upper Elementary Parent Teacher Organization, INC. and our EIN is 83-1874394. If Talley PTO is already listed, select it, and follow the instructions to submit your match request.

3. Request that the PTO be added if necessary.
   If you can’t find Talley PTO, use the portal’s “Add a Nonprofit” option or contact your HR or Corporate Social Responsibility department. You may be asked to provide:

   • The PTO’s official legal name (Talley Street Upper Elementary Parent Teacher Organization, INC)

   • Employer Identification Number (EIN): 83-1874394

   • Proof of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status (email us for specific documents at general@talleypto.org)

   • Contact or mailing information: Our mailing address is 2617 Talley St, Decatur, GA 30030

4. Submit proof of your donation.
   Upload your donation receipt or confirmation along with the requested nonprofit information.

5. Track your request.
   Once Talley PTO is verified, your employer will process the match and send the additional funds directly to the PTO.
